Very comfortable! for my opinion

This is one of my favorite insoles I have ever had and that’s saying a lot because I have tried many.I’m unfortunate enough to have wide feet with falling arches. I change insoles often due to foot discomfort.These insoles remind me of the Sketchers Goga mat insoles but with a little arch.I don’t find them to be hard, stiff or flat.Just enough for my feet (YAY!)Everyone has different feet and needs, however, I would recommend these to anyone looking for a good comfortable insoles.

expensive insoles with thick cushioning but no arch or ankle support

If you want more cushioning in your shoes, these insoles may help you. They give you a lot of cushioning with really no other features. There is no arch support or ankle support. These won't help you at all if your foot pain is from poorly supporting shoes. Price is high for insoles with only cushioning. Sizing is very large. The size chart recommended size large for my men's size 9 shoes and I had to trim a lot to get them to fit.

Slight cushioning insoles

These insoles provide a bit of extra cushioning.However, they are have absolutely no arch support, which I need. That's my review.

Adds support to worn shoes

These are appropriate for giving life to older shoes. Just toss out the old inserts and replace them. They aren't overly soft, so I don't know about the "memory foam" part, which makes me think of soft and squishy. Think of these more as shock absorption. Some of my husband's work boots have virtually no insole. This provides extra cushion as long as there is room in the boots to add insoles (I like to buy my boots a size up and add insoles). Great padding! on my review.

These are really nicely padded and very comfortable insoles! I replaced these with the original ones in my shoes and it has made a huge difference. I’m a size 6 so I did have to trim these and it was easy to do.
