🔩 Dovetail Clamp Pro from MATCHFIT Review

I am building new jobs and need versatile clamping options for cutting boards, flags, furniture, drawers, shelves etc. I originally wanted a T-track, but this was a much better option as it performs the same functions and can easily be rebuilt for a new use on the fly (milling a new line and using clamps) rather than waiting to purchase new T-shaped rails. I also think it looks better. Look at the Matchfit videos and they will convince you too.

I see good and bad reviews of these clamps everywhere but they really work for me. They can be used in many ways simply by cutting a dovetail slot in the board. vertical fence? Light. I cut 2x4 slots on the top of my goats and now I can quickly attach almost anything instead of just holding things in place. My only real gripe is the price, which I think is about double what it should be. .

Love the idea of 14 degree dovetail rails and clamps. With this kit and 4 or 5 common clamps you can't and won't get the jig assembly done at the speed of light.
