I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

I knew what I was buying, I needed 5GHz wi-fi and I got it. The setup is really simple, but that's only because I was ready for it. At the first start, 2 default networks are raised at 2.4 and 5 GHz, networks without a password, the admin account is also without a password. All the main settings are placed on one page and there is no need to run through the tabs. Everything is clear, fast and convenient.

Pros
  • Easy setup for those in the know. Broadcasts immediately in 2 bands. Miniature size.
Cons
  • very poor equipment, but maybe that's why such a low price. no instructions.

The quality is top notch and I recommend the product for purchase.

I needed a simple microtic (to be able to have several seeds, networks, set up tricky VPNs, port forwarding, watchdogs, etc.), preferably with an AC, for giving. no options at all. a weak radio path does not bother me - the house is wooden. but the functionality of RouterOS is why they take mikrotiks. two Wi-Fi networks (separately for IoT, separately for people), the ability to connect the house and the cottage into a single network. and much more. but if you just need a router "so that…

Pros
  • This Mikrotik is the main advantage. Router OS is the main thing. who does not need the extended functionality of the router - I do not recommend taking it. but I have only microtics in all places. relatively cheap router with AC 5GHz support
Cons
  • as such, it has no shortcomings, if you carefully read the characteristics. it does not have the best radio path and no external antennas, not the most powerful processor. but it's all in the specs.

One of the best deals, glad I bought this.

Before that, I was the owner of routers: D-link DIR-615, Zyxel Keenetic (different models), which infuriated me every day, from freezing with a large number of connections, Wi-Fi falling off every hour. I was already desperate to look for a normal router for the house and thought to boil CISCO for 20k, but then I found out about this miracle box from Mikrotik.

Pros
  • I liked absolutely EVERYTHING! Dimensions, box design, color. The amount of functionality is overwhelming. Work stability. Gorgeous web interface, all performance indicators are ated in real time, shows graphs of the signal strength of connected Wi-Fi devices, CPU load, and another ~ 50 pages of information. Powerful CPU, calmly holds at least 500 TCP connections on a 100 Mbps channel and does not lag (I just didn’t need to check anymore). Plugged in and set up in 2 minutes.
Cons
  • Didn't sell in the knick-knack tent near the house unlike D-link. I had to order through the online store and wait :-)

Beyond praise! The product definitely deserves your attention.

I use and install for my clients. A huge number of settings. Reliability is at its best, it works according to the set-and-forget principle, if the microt freezes, then either someone screwed a self-tapping screw into it or it was simply burned in a fire. With its pros. A professional-level router for the money as for a home balalaika. Excellent WiFi module. Huge number of settings and configuration options. And the main thing is that this equipment is from a series - set it up and forget it…

I don't see the good quality, it's nothing but downsides.

in general, despite the future, I will not contact this manufacturer anymore solely because of the quality of the equipment and fragility Its pros: I took it to experiment with the second range, I knew what I was going for, I was not afraid of difficulties, and in relation to the flexibility of settings I did not disappoint, the problem is in the quality of the device at first it worked well, there were problems with Wi-Fi for one device, it fell off all the time, then it was fixed Has cons…

Everything in the purchase suits, a very necessary product.

When I picked it up, at first I was scared because of its size, now I’ll explain: it’s a little larger than a bank card and I was worried that the antennas in such a case would be very weak and the wifi network coverage would be worse than similar routers (when compared with asus , zyxel, tp-link), but I was wrong, he easily surpassed them all. Very smart, any Internet with such a router "comes to life". IPTV on it works smartly, in general IMHO the best option among home / office routers and…

Pros
  • Compactness, performance, stability
Cons
  • they are not

I cant say that I was completely satisfied with the product.

The router left conflicting sensations. On the one hand, it gives the impression of a quality thing, but on the other hand, something is still not right. The first thing that pissed me off was the lack of even a tiny cord for connecting to a PC. I brought it to my village, opened it, and then I realized that I couldn’t set it up. The settings are not reset, I can’t connect to Wi-Fi, there is no cord, we’ve arrived. Even in the cheapest routers, a cord is always included in the kit, but here…

Pros
  • 1. Outrageous number of settings 2. There are grooves for wall mounting
Cons
  • Quality

Best thing I have ever used, highly recommended!

All in all, a great box with some minor cons. And inexpensive. Pros: Stable working, small PoE powered box. The task of deploying network access in a small office or a small apartment is easily solved. Low price. Wide range of configuration options. Cons below: The ports are only 100 Mbps, there is no MIMO at 5GHz, and if something is not in the firmware, then it is not there - like, for example, SHA256 for OpenVPN. Here is your SHA1 and be happy! Coverage at 5GHz is rather weak, it can’t cope…

The best product, from those that I have viewed, I advise everyone!

With its pros. It can be configured to a provider that has a direct IP, where there are no passwords or logins. You really need to dig deeper into the network to be able to set it up. The device is professional, or close to it. Got cons: In reality, it does not penetrate the signal through the wall, in fact, it was bought for this, but the signal turned out to be very weak. Inexplicably. Maybe the hands do not grow from there and it was possible to somehow set it up, but I could not set it up i

Just super, the product is made wonderfully, very satisfied.

Great router for home/small office. RouterOS allows you to do almost everything (there are some minor limitations like the lack of UDP mode in OpenVPN) Setup will not be easy for a person far from networks (but everything is possible, not rocket science) Very stable router, set it up and forget it. For encrypted VPNs, it is better to take something more powerful, like RB750Gr3 (but it does not have WiFi)

Pros
  • fully functional RouterOS for little money, 5GHz WiFi, USB
Cons
  • ports, unfortunately, 100Mbit (but this is rather a feature of the price range) poor performance of encrypted tunnels

It was a reasonable purchase, I will order more.

I took this minibus to set up a reliable and stable home network from a smart TV set powered by 5GHz Internet over the air, 2 laptops, 2 smart phones, 2 printers and a tablet. Turning on the router and going into the web face, I began to understand what winbox is and why it is needed. Setting up from a web muzzle is that fun with a constant login. Even being an experienced user is not far from the network, settings, etc. stunned and felt like a helpless child. Giant functionality is good, but…

Pros
  • 1. Reliable pre-top brand 2. Does not cut speed on cable and wafer at all 3. Giant customization options (this is also a minus, see comment) 4. Minimalistic design without show-off 5. Internal antennas are very powerful 6. Universal USB 2.0 port for everything at once
Cons
  • 1. The minibus box is extremely flimsy 2. Samba only with dancing with a tambourine, ftp is easier 3. No DLNA and raising it is an extremely non-trivial task, by completing which you will get who knows what, and not a good result 4. Giant customization options (see comment)

I can't stop being happy with the purchase, a very good deal!

In vain they are frightening here about the "router for professionals", it works in standard settings without problems, the main thing is not to be afraid of the abundance of these settings and not to press anything extra. The main thing for which I bought it in the office is the distribution of stable Internet. Performs it 100%. Someone, somewhere wrote that phones fall off WiFi, this is true, all three of my Chinese ultra-budget smartphones regularly fall off from it, but they also fall off…

Pros
  • price, PoE, stability
Cons
  • No

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

Corresponds to the characteristics, works like a clock. For an office of 15-20 people with a channel width of 100, VPN is enough. The speed of the provider does not cut, even taking into account the encryption of the channel - there is enough power for processing. RouterOS - whoever needs it knows why =) : I don't understand people who downvote a product because they don't know how to use it or because they don't know how to read the description/characteristics. Ska, "the router is bad, because

Pros
  • corresponds to the declared characteristics, flexible OS configuration
Cons
  • the price tag due to the dollar "walks"

No complaints, I recommend to buy.

Almost returned it back to the store, because. the device worked, but periodically it was unpredictably buggy (I just needed an access point, without routing and NAT, I changed the settings accordingly). However, I followed the recommendations on how to insist Mikrotik from scratch, noticed that IP is assigned to the internal router, and after transferring IP from the first port (where it was by default) to the internal router, the device stopped failing (yet?) completely. So I really don't…

Pros
  • Very flexible in settings
Cons
  • Difficult to set up for an inexperienced user. The speed at 5GHz is noticeably worse than at 2.4GHz even near the router, although the laptop shows a 300 Mbps connection here and there. At 2 GHz it gives out almost all 100 Mbps provided by the provider (according to speedtest), at 5 GHz it has achieved a maximum of 50 Mbps so far.

The product is of good quality, there is only one minor defect.

There is already a fleet of microts (RB450G, hAP), so a fan of ROs. I took a used one to replace the 450th for a penny in order to get rid of a separate bundle of the main 450th and a separate AC router for the operation of wireless devices. did not take off. It turned out to be a burnt USB path along the data line, and in the processor. Unsoldered the power supply and the decoupling of the data bus from the board - it took off. I raised the VPN server as usual, changed the firewall settings…

Pros
  • RouterOS, quickly configured through QuickSetup, well, the general infrastructure of Mikrotik.
Cons
  • Not the highest range, because the built-in antennas, but this is a disease of any such router. This particular model loves to burn.

A wonderful product, its nice to use.

I considered the option of buying a device from Mikrotik for a long time, but I was afraid of terrible tales about the complexity of the system and the requirements for the professionalism of these devices. The stars were aligned so that I had the opportunity to get an MTCNA certification and take the corresponding course. Well, if so, I finally made up my mind. The win was on all fronts. - Price-quality-performance. - Ease of execution of the device eliminates glitches and lags in the…

Pros
  • compact not heated productive flexible, because on board ROS(RouterOS) one of the cheapest 5GHz wifi routers
Cons
  • - 100Mbit ports (nearest model with Gbit ports is much more expensive) - I had to buy 5GHz network adapters in laptops to unlock the full potential of the router.

The purchase is a failure, very unhappy.

The flapping looks like this in the logs: ether4 link down ether4 link up ether4 link down ether4 link up I read information about this on the net, a lot of microtik equipment sins with this problem, I did not find a solution. I do not recommend taking it, apparently Mikrotik is not going to solve this problem. Pros below: A lot of settings, the very thing is studying networks. Small. Has cons: Under loads (it cannot be said that they are large), it starts to flap (the connection is…

Excellent product, the best quality.

It should be understood that this is not DIR-300, and not TP-Link, its configuration is not trivial. Of course, there is a Quick Set that allows you to set it up even for a complete "teapot", but it will not always work. If the connection is via static IP or PPPoE - Quick Set will help. If some L2TP (hello to Beeline) - no longer. And any step "right-left" from a quick set already requires an understanding of the principles of networking, routing, etc. In addition, my opinion (as an IT…

Pros
  • Awesome dual band! It is simply unrealistic to find analogues for such a price. The widest customization options. So, for example, a similar device from my client monitors the availability of the Internet, and in the event of an accident at the provider, it switches to Iota on its own, raises the VPN tunnel and sends all client traffic through it (necessary, since telephony is tied to the IP address there, dynamic Iota does not fit). As soon as everything starts working for the provider, it returns everything back. He also sends me an e-mail about what happened.
Cons
  • Relatively weak Wi-Fi transmitter. More than enough for an apartment, but I would certainly like to be able to give out a watt of power, as in older models. Well, 100 megabit ports, of course. However, it’s hard to call it a disadvantage either, so, the whining of a toad that is choking me to lay out about 8 thousand for the “older” hAP ac :)

I thought it would be better, but overall not bad.

Nifiga did not work out of the box . the help of a specialist was required, who apparently already knew about such tricks. If it were not for technical support, I would study the forums for a day and take him back to hell, because I'm not a geek and I'm not going to be. With its pros. Really small, you can hide - you will not find. This is necessary, because it does not shine with beauty and design. Different cons: How do they write about him "From geeks for geeks"))) This device is not for the
