Does not work on Boating

Availability When we got it it wasn't working. So they approved the return. Send by mail, mail delivered. A month later still no return. I can understand if products sometimes don't work. But we had to get a refund. I would not waste my time with this company. Very disappointed.

As advertised in Boat Motors

Installed on a Powerdrive 50 last weekend. Haven't had a chance to test it on the water yet, but it works well on the road. A simple installation takes about 15 minutes. This is a CoPilot accessory for the new 2017 Powerdrive engines. Spark plugs are different on older engines.

I don't want to do without it anymore.

The footswitch that comes with the motor is better than the one built into the trolling motor. I keep it as a backup and prefer to use this handheld remote. It was pretty easy to install. I think the price could be cheaper. But understand, not everyone fishes.

Works well, game changer to use Minn Kota's trolling motor!

I bought a new Minn Kota Power Drive two years ago and while it worked well, I found the pedal controls uncomfortable and had trouble making small adjustments. I don't boat/fish as much as I'd like and it took me half a day for each ride to learn how to pedal with confidence. This wireless controller is easy to install in about 15 minutes and all you need is a screwdriver. It worked great right away.
