Keep spinning. no, a little more

T-clamp with tension screw. 3 inches. When you turn the nut 10, it seems to be tightened immediately. Anyone who uses a torque wrench will understand what I mean. Then my stainless steel tube slipped out of the PVC hose. That's why I bought this because my worm gear does the exact same thing. While it was being disconnected I found that I could turn the clamp with the screw and it would turn. It wasn't as tight as it seemed. Gathered back and dressed further. Seems to work. It's between the…

Pros

Purchased T-clamps of various sizes

Installed on my Porsche intake. Only time will tell how well they hold up. I've read some reviews that the yoke can slip off due to vehicle vibration, making it easier to slip off no matter how hard you tighten it. Every vehicle is different, some may vibrate more than others, but it's always a good idea to use a pipe flare tool. If possible, this will make your life easier and you won't have to worry about the hose slipping off while driving. There will be an update later in the future on how…

  • Very impressive

Best sized clamp for the job

EDIT: The springs suck and stop working after a while, the lock nut doesn't work effectively either, most of the time it's ok the first time you tighten it and that's it folks . - that my Subaru vibrates during downshifts almost every time I've driven it. Tried other T-bolt clamps but sizes had to be big enough to slip on but tight enough to actually work. This lil guy had enough leeway. It has been over a month since I adjusted my turbo inlet and there are no longer any major boost leaks and…

Don't bother, they are garbage. Good rubbish, but rubbish nonetheless.

Keep moving. These are not the T-Bolt Clamps you are looking for. Seriously, unless you drive a Civic and they're just for decoration. Do not do that. save your money Squirelly, HPS etc etc so much better. The main reason they are so terrible is spring. It shrinks and then does not return to its original shape. Therefore, each time the spring is compressed and decompressed (e.g. working on a car, removing pipes for an upgrade, etc.) the spring will require you to tighten the clamp even more the

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

Beautiful but not functional. Not well done.

Looks great, great idea. But good intentions don't make it a good clamp. I use two of these to attach the pipe coupler from my intercooler to the top pipe of the intercooler. If you tighten the clamp enough that you can't move the pipe or move the clamp, which feels the same as a well-sealed cheap worm drive clamp, the coupling will still disengage from the pipe under pressure. If you tighten it a few more turns. It will begin to warp or buckle the pipe where the two pieces of clamp meet and…

  • Not the best

NOT stainless steel! Attracts ceramic magnets.

The first rule of racing is never to assume anything. The most important rule in life is a warning not to buy. As a buyer, installer and user of Misihmoto products for decades, my first reaction was disappointment followed by anger. The white object in the photos is a ceramic magnet from an old IBM hard drive. Ceramic magnets are the unmistakable and repeatable standard for sorting real stainless steel (ASTM 316) from fakes like 303 or 304. Photo #2 shows the magnet suspended inside the clamp…
