The cooler seems good, but not the same.

Looks like a really good cooler but it's not the right one. The box contained a 90's Legacy cooler with a 2000's Legacy sticker. inventory

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Fits

Fits well, works great

Installed on my 2005 Subaru Baja in less than an hour, fits well, works well. The kit does not include screws for the fan, the screw holes on it are different from the self-tapping screws used on a standard plastic heatsink.

Pros
  • Radiator
Cons
  • Big and chunky

A quality heatsink, but be prepared for a few quirks.

Well made and 2-3 times thicker than my original radiator, the car now runs cooler and doesn't overheat in the 110+ degree desert heat, even with the A/C on. Amazing Guarantee. Pretty easy/easy to install for the most part, except it's slightly larger than my OEM and I'm trying to figure out how to lower it a few millimeters because my hood won't close all the way now. :/ Note the other reviews, you need new metric fan cover screws instead of the stock self tapping screws, and there is also a…

Automatic installation requires transmission cooler

Subaru Hinterland 2004 Fits well and easily. It was installed on the machine and required a separate transmission cooler. An integrated transmission cooler was built into the stock cooler. Mishimoto also made a transmission cooler that was also easy to install.

Pros
  • Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
