🚘 Mishimoto MMRAD-STI-08 Performance Aluminum Radiator for Subaru Impreza WRX/STI 08-19 Review

My original radiator broke so I went with an all aluminum one- a very ideal choice. The only downside was that I had to cut off the bottom and top hoses. I knew I had to file some modifications as the heatsink is much thicker it fits perfectly but be sure to buy another one of the same brand. The temperature in my radiator is 20-30° cooler, so that's a plus.

Fairly easy installation in my 08 Wrx hatch. Still to fill out and see if there are any internal leaks but I'll let you know if I find any problems. Update - The fitting I imagined was leaking. The threads on it were a little loose so when tightening it just broke the thread so I added enough teflon tape and a washer on the end. no more river All in all it's still a very good cooler.

511/5000 I bought this product because many people say it is the best aftermarket but after 2 months my WRX failed because the radiator one has a defect at the factory and it came with a small puncture and it got bigger and started to leak water very slowly but when I went for a long drive the car got very hot and then stalled. This factory problem cost me over $3,500 to rebuild the engine and the radiator is crap. Therefore, it is convenient to see more reviews of its quality.

You will receive 2 pieces of metal that connect to the rubber inlet at the top of the radiator on the passenger side. 1 for wrx (large) and 1 for sti (small).
