These are amazing pedals that fit perfectly in running shoes. Your feet will not move on it unless you choose to move them on purpose. I bought 3 pairs of these mounts to outfit 3 bikes. The bearings are too tight when you receive them. There is a removable threaded cap that allows you to release the tension. When I got mine and twisted it in my hand I found it had a lumpy, jagged feel. These bearings are crying out for help. Basically, you need to loosen the lock nut and then loosen and…
