MOSTPLUS Fuel Filler Neck Housing Bracket Door Hinge Replacement for Ford F150 2004-2008 (4L3Z-9927936-BA Compatible) Review

As others have pointed out, it's a little different from the OEM but fits. No matter what I tried I couldn't get the cover flush with the saddle, it came loose a few millimeters. There is a loud click when opening and closing. For the price I would definitely take it again.

The shape was slightly different than the OEM which I removed. Which makes installation very difficult. After installation, the new one did not close completely. Also, the mold turned out to be thinner than the original. The price was the only thing that was good about this product.

This product is not suitable. I was able to easily remove the defective OEM part, but I can't fit this replacement part. While this replacement can be a tricky setup, I know how to do it. I've easily reinstalled a defective OEM part several times to try to figure it out, but haven't been able to install this replacement part. This part just doesn't fit.

Like most. Ignore the click but it's not on my 2005 F150. I removed the original to fix it and then reinstalled it while waiting for the new one to arrive. Reinstalling the original is much easier than a new one, which doesn't mean quite the same thing. All in all it works and you have to look closely to see that it's not flush. It could be better, so you might as well risk it.

It took me 30 minutes to remove the old fairing, install the new one and change the gas cap. In order to fit the new block flush, I had to think a bit and then, once the surgical site became obvious, lubricate the elbow. The hinge on the new block makes a loud click at both ends of travel. The noise is annoying but I can live with it as I only have to hear it when I'm filling up. All in all I couldn't be happier.
