Getting worse! We've bought about 10 of these over the years and they all broke when the loop was opened. They have sometimes lasted up to a year, with a current "improved model" lasting 3 months. Poor Chinese quality control just sucks our money! The return guarantee at Motorola is not easy, you have to fill out long forms, exchange emails, send in a defective device at your own expense.
