This does NOT look like normal flexible TPU. It's MUCH more flexible. You MUST make sure your printer is set to print VERY flexible filament. I have two Bowden tube printers and I'm getting great results with a simple change in the extruder feed path. A piece of Bowden cable a few millimeters long with a V-notch at one end is sufficient. UPDATE: I just printed a known good part design that was printed in black and even this gray before and after almost 4 hours all four specimens are in containers. They looked great but almost hollow - 1.7.5g when they should have weighed 26g! I took a sample for measurement and the diameter of my sample was between 1.6 and 1.62mm, that's an error of -0.15mm (8.5%), totally unacceptable! I measured a midnight black sample and it ranged from 1.7mm to 1.73mm so the -0.05mm error is at the upper…
