A really necessary purchase, glad I found this product.

I won’t lower my rating for this, but I bought two fans and one of them works quietly, and the second one worked with a hum and some kind of buzzing - apparently a marriage. Replaced at the store. Different pros: Rich equipment, good workmanship - it's nice to pick up, and most importantly - very quiet operation. Has cons: I bought two fans, one of which turned out to be defective: it worked loudly.

Feel free to buy, for such a price, the quality is simply amazing.

A good set, the presence of silicone studs and ordinary screws, plus an extension cord, splitter, adapter. Installation on studs seemed difficult, because you are afraid to pull the head of the stud, you think that it will come off. But no, everything is reliable (although subjectively enough effort is applied). Beige color. well, yes, specific, but I like it. More annoying is the backlighting in different colors.

    Pros
    • Quiet, solid, pleasant to hold and install. Manufacturers thought about the buyer, who cares about everything - from packaging to performance, functionality.
    Cons
    • Price. Always want cheaper. But this is the case when it is not very sorry for the money spent.

Replaced my dead Peltier fan with this one. Works perfectly!

I have a small 6 cell thermoelectric (Peltier) cooler fridge and the native fan died from it. I found this as a replacement. It has the same physical dimensions, higher CFM flow, draws less current and is quieter than the original fan. A fridge replacement would cost $40-$80 and a fan replacement would cost $16.95, so it's a very good deal. Comes with a 4 pin extension cable. It has rubber mounts on the corners which I assume help with the vibrations (noise). Looks exactly like the picture and…

    Great replacement for Kraken G12

I have a lot of Noctua fans. I knew immediately that it was much better. As soon as I opened the box, I could feel the difference in build quality and weight compared to the stock Kraken G12 fan. I don't think it was necessary to replace the stock fan, but I like to keep a cool head. The RPMs are much higher than the stock finish, and while I know it's not very scientific to say, just using my hand to feel how much air is being pushed out, it was pretty obvious that the Noctua fan pushed 2 or 3

    Excellent fan replacement for NAS

My 8 year old QNAP TS-669 Pro power supply fan finally failed recently and is making an annoying noise intermittently. After checking the PS's specs online, I found that the unit's fans can be replaced — and it's really easy. Once I was sure the fans would fit, I ordered a 40mm PS fan and a couple of 92mm fans to keep the noise down. connected directly. Cable routing was a little tricky in the smaller box, but the fans also include an extension cable that's more than adequate for the task. They

Classified as a secondary fan - blocks more air than it moves.

I have this in a small case that already has two large intake fans, one large and one medium exhaust fan and two of them on a Noctura radiator (which came with a fan). I found my temperature was 1 degree lower, 89 degrees instead of 90 degrees, and my Cinebench scores dropped 1%. On the bright side, going from the stock fan from the Ryzen 3600 fan to the Noctua NH-U9S cooler resulted in a 30% improvement over my Cinebench estimate. I'll run it a few more times to see if anything changes…

Noctua is great! internal components compatible

A few weeks ago I bought an NH-U9S for my CPU and decided that instead of a single fan I needed a push-pull fan system on top of the heatsink. So I bought this fan as a second fan. This fan is of excellent quality from Noctua and is identical to the fan that came with the NH-U9S. This fan has a Y-cable that comes with the kit. This cable is needed in my case because now I can connect both fans to the same CPU fan connector. The only other option was to connect one fan to the CPU fan header and…

Make no mistake with the NF-A9!

Noctua fans have an excellent reputation in the DIY community. and in vain! 92mm fans aren't always considered the quietest, but this one is definitely an exception. I decided to replace the slim 14mm fan that comes with the Noctua L-Type Premium Quiet CPU Cooler_ Retail Cooling NH-L9x65 to improve performance and airflow. This fan fits this cooler perfectly and is not audible at all in normal environments. The presence of Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) on this fan means I can maintain RPMs…

I turned off my crappy Dell fan on my computer hard drive

I have a Dell i7 and it started making such a loud noise like the fan is on all the time and I have it for developing programs like Adobe Photoshop used or Illustrator , and every time I use it to create something heavy like big files the fun will be so loud. So I showed Google and YouTube videos that if I replace the fan with this Noctua fan with the original Del fan that comes with the computer, it stops. And believe me I was scared to do it myself so opened my head, took out the old one (and

    Blissful Sounds of Silence

This rating applies to both the 92mm and 80mm versions of this model, 4-wire units with motherboard speed control. If you, like many consumers, agree with the manufacturer's installed fans and look at such fans and their cost and say "aha". Ironically, I am/was an IT pro in the same situation. -me-down] for home use, the fan noise I hear at work [in a separate IT room] has become unacceptable in our home office. Did a little research and came across this brand. Granted, there are other…

from) during normal operation which was quiet and only during intense activity did the fans increase performance. During this process I used 5 different fan models from 3 different companies including this NF-A9. In short, I prefer Noctua's NF-Bx range as my favorite and best value. These NF-Ax series fans are a little better, but not enough to justify the roughly 50% increase in cost unless you need the included anti-vibration mounting hardware. (The 'B' series doesn't come with this, even…
