Very well made. Use this pan primarily on outdoor grills, but can also be used on the home stovetop. Fat catchers on the edges are great for frying bacon. Can go from bacon to pancakes without cleaning. Heats up quickly and retains heat evenly.

Bought to replace my old frying pan. This one is good, not great. The handles get very hot. They have a very high profile, making them difficult to store. When it comes to cooking, she does a great job. The heat is evenly distributed. I really like it but wish it had better storage.

I love this pan but there is one thing that gives it 4 stars instead of 5. The grips are great but they MUST be covered in heat resistant material and I have tiny burn marks on my forearms to prove it. I grind eggs on it every day, but unless I'm extra careful and in a hurry, I forget to hold my hand high enough and it touches the top of the handle for about a nanosecond, but long enough. Seems to be an easy fix. i love it anyway

This product has unmilled molds, handles are rough, bottom and exterior have small lumps of production. Overall for the price it looks very cheap with lines, creases and small nuggets of metal. This item has no weight, it is surprisingly light, even too light. Everything is fine inside, but in general the surface is very rough, like sandpaper, but nothing sticks to it, so everything works. I would NOT pay full price for this or any other item from this company if I could not inspect it first…

I bought this to make large batches of pancakes. It straddles two burners on my new smooth top stove (non induction). I don't have a bridge element. It heats evenly enough that the pancakes that are "between the burners" get fried the same as the rest. I'm taking off a star because after a while of heating it warps a bit and I don't have it on mine want to sit on the stove. Luckily, the stove and pan are hot enough at this point for the pancakes to cook evenly. If using on a smooth surface…
