Works great every time I boil eggs. Start with cold tap water in a saucepan, allowing time for the eggs and eggs before turning on the fire. Within 15 minutes the water will begin to boil (set the timer) and watch the line move towards the hard boiled egg line for perfectly hard boiled eggs.
