Poor quality good for me

So I bought two of these because they looked similar to the ones that I originally had installed that had broken. The screws in the package were too short for my door so I had to go buy longer ones. After finally being able to install them the threaded insert part of the outside door handle stripped. They weren't over tightened either. Very poor quality.

Great Replacement Set!

So easy to install.have lock hook open and wrap a tie strap around it for easier installation. Quality far exceeds Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware by FAR!

Perfect fit in my review

Perfect fit. The only thing was I had to use my old outside handle due the existing holes that were in my slding door. Other then that im very happy with the purchase.

Great handle: my feedback

Easy to install (instructions were very minimal but it was pretty self-explanatory). I had never installed a replacement handle before and it went well. Seems to be good quality.

1997 replacement … thank you

I am blown away I found the exact replacement for the latch and door handle of our sliding doors from 1997. Crazy! We really only needed the latch and internal mechanism because the kids broke the last one. All fits and works perfectly!

Great replacement for our broken handle

Our interior handle broke after years of use and so I quickly found this replacement. I didn’t need any assistance from the hubby so I guess it’s quite easy to install lol. The only issue I had was the exterior handle would not sit flush against the door due to the holes not being flush for the screws to go through. But our old exterior handle was fine so I just used that.

The wooden handle will not tighten. Is ready to fall off and it’s been a week!

It was ok to install but the wooden handle will not tighten. It tried a few time and it is still loose and sawdust keeps coming out. I want to return it. Not worth it

Excellent set best in my review

Worked great for our 20 year old HURD wood sliding door. The 3 screw lengths should accommodate most doors. The handle set may not fit properly on older sliding glass patio doors!

Great replacement handle for 15 yr old Patio Door

Everything fit except the locking block which was a 1/4" too "high". But I used the original locking block OK. Client is happy!

If your neighbor has a 60-y.o. patio door.

and she wants help finding a new handle, this just might work. I had to shorten the shortest bolts sent with the handle - package included 3 sets of differing lengths,, very thoughtful - to accommodate a 1"-thick aluminum frame. The two screws holding the wood handle onto the metal frame aren't filling me with confidence, but she's able to go in and out of her door again - so far, so good. Locking mechanism was a straight replacement for the old lock. BE VERY CAREFUL TO COMPARE ALL MEASUREMENTS

Fits Well and Operates Smoothly

The original door handle latch had been broken and we would work with the latch every time until it locked. This sliding door handle was easy to install and works perfectly. I regret that we did not replace the handle and latch sooner. Everything works great.

Easy replacement handle for a sliding door

I don’t measure or do anything the way my husband says I should and this handle didn’t let me down, works perfectly The handle set is not very easy to install, especially for those who are not experienced in DIY projects!

Fit perfectly but felt loose after one day.

Item fit perfectly in my door and attached well to the door. After a day of use the wood part of the handle feels loose. Unfortunately, this is not the part I screwed in but the part that came pre-attached by the company. The screws holding the wood handle to the bracket are loose and cannot be tightened (just spin). Manufacturer has to use larger screws.
