    Creates a cheap product.

    Good quality and price. Fast delivery. *** A year later it collapsed. Just one summer in the desert and he was defeated. I'm not talking about climbing and running. Not as good a buy as I thought. And again I got what I paid for.

    WRONG NUT! for shock absorbers, struts and suspension

    I have read reviews that said the wrong nut was supplied with this ball joint. I thought it might be a coincidence. NO, THAT IS NOT SO. Reaching for the upper arm to install the nut while lying under the car is NOT the right time! I advise you to check this before installing. I used the nut from the old ball joint, although it's not perfect - it fit the new ball joint. With the right nut it would be 5 stars.

    Old bearing worn out due to lack of lubrication. The resulting bearing fits perfectly, except the nut that came with the bearing is not as good as the original nut. Before installation, lift the rubber boot and add extra grease, since there is not much grease on the bearing that is supplied for a long time. Otherwise, this is a good bearing replacement and will stop the knocking of a worn bearing and improve the car's drivability.

    Ball joint and plate fit perfectly but the top lock nut did not fit on the ball joint stud. The bolt is 14mm metric thread and the nut I received was a 1/2" x 30 thread. I had to have a friend drive me across town to find a nut for it. Advance Auto, O'Rileys, Lowe's and Home Depot couldn't find anything suitable Eventually I found a nut at my local hardware store Maybe it was an assembly error but with any other seller it would be safer to try someone else .

    Excellent Fit: Replacement Parts

    This ball joint is suitable for Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ 99-04 vehicles, the joint is the upper rear differential joint. I installed it on my 2003 Grand Cherokee Overland. In general the part was well designed, the nut was very difficult to tighten, possibly by design or the thread tolerance was poor. If you are replacing this ball joint I highly recommend that you replace the upper control arm as you will need to remove it anyway. fit.

    Installed on a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee

    At the same time I replaced the upper A-arm along with this ball joint. I had a lock nut but it didn't fit so I took it to the hardware store and bought a real one. The supplied nut has a 14mm x 1.5 fine thread. I bought a 14mm x 2.0 coarse thread nut and it fitted perfectly. The lock nuts also have a nylon insert to prevent the nut from loosening. This can make it difficult to install a ball joint on the bolt that rotates with the nut. There is a 10mm hex on the top of the bolt to keep it from
