This is a nice, neatly designed switch with very clear ON and OFF markings on the button that feels good. This is a 2 pole switch so you don't have to worry about polarity. However, it is too small to be used with 16 AWG lamp wire and difficult to connect even with 18 AWG wire. It's not clear how the cable strain relief clamps on each end are supposed to work. I'd say the switch would be a good choice for low-voltage, low-drain power cords, but it's too compact for most US tube cords.

Easy to install. No instructions are provided, but after looking at it it becomes obvious how to do it. Cut and strip the wires in two. There are two "clamping screws" on each end.
