First of all, the customer service was fantastic. I had a problem with the lock and here's why. KAC is not to blame. The hitch pin that came with the rack had a 1-1/8 inch thread that was too short to engage the threaded anti-rattle wedges into the bike rack's tongue. My trailer hitch is broken. I received the frame 4 days late but everything is fine. The UPS may be delayed. Box opened, all parts are in stock. I started assembling following a well-written guide and found the first problem.
