brought me out of myself fits door hardware and locks

Almost every one of these hinges had a cosmetic defect. Scratches, scuffs, poor paintwork etc. make them second rate. Should not be used on a decorative door. Pay extra and get the Nostalgia brand. So I used them anyway because my current hinges were going gold-silver. These are better but if I did it again I'd get all the nostalgia. Note* The pins are fixed and most of my hinges were adjusted the same way. If you want 3 hinges on the door and 2 on the jamb, you may need to pull the pin out and
