This device does not meet my requirements. Limited information in the manual, dumb features and poor customer service.

Love it, improves the look of my F30. Zlink is an app for Apple CarPlay. It only took me an hour to install it. From the beginning (to analyze everything) to the end. It's really hard to understand the instructions and the video goes really fast. I couldn't find any other installation videos. The hardest part for me was routing the cables through the dashboard.

You need to disconnect the green wires from the original wiring harness and connect them to the new wiring harness (located on the last page of the installation manual), this will solve the audio problems2. Great upgrade from my small F30 screen to a whopping 10.25. Everything is working well. Do it yourself. Be sure to connect the fiber optic cable for audio or connect the AUX cable to the vehicle's AUX port for a smooth installation without audio problems. Check the screen before putting everything back together. I installed a rear view camera after the sale, it worked great, no wires were needed to turn on the tail light. Overall a great product. I bought this instead of other brands and Bimmer-Tech which are between $500 and $700. I just wanted Apple CarPlay. I have a 2017 BMW 320i xDrive (no navigation - NBT), I came from a 6.5 inch screen. This screen is huge, but not stupid. It also enhances the interior of your car!
