Optimal Growth: 4X12 Inch & 1 6X9 Inch Garden Planter Review

Worked really well at first until I must have hit a rock or big root. The hex shank is bent, I tried to straighten it but too much loosens it even more. I think the shank tapers outwards near the coil, so the chuck needs to be open about 1/4" to hold the bit in the bit. I bought this for a 4" bit. I can't wait for this to last much longer. I have to buy another one now as I still have 2/3 of my work. I have to say I ranged from very excited to very disappointed.

I saw an ad that used augers to plant flowers and decided to check Revain to see if they had anything similar. We have these (4" and 1" 2 each) for planting shrubs, flowers and small trees. We had 3 boxwood plants that needed planting in the garden and the rest died from frost in Texas. I put a 4" on my 18 volt cordless drill, cranked the torque to maximum and in less than 8 minutes all the bushes were planted.
