    Works but don't twist it

    Bought to replace our slider after the original was lost during a repair. Works great but don't over tighten the screw or it could go through the bumper and then the bumper would fall off. The bumper is now unusable because the propeller keeps slipping through the propeller shaft hole. like that . just don't overtighten.

    I don't usually write reviews but I think this point needs to be clarified. As mentioned in other reviews, this item does not live up to the description but does the job. Second, some have stated that it is not rubber. It's rubber, but just a harder and denser rubber that almost looks like plastic. But it's not plastic.

    Half Good Half Bad

    Let me first say that I received my order on time. That's the good part. The bad thing is that the packaging indicates that this bumper is made of rubber. It doesn't feel like rubber, more like hard plastic that can crack on impact rather than absorbing the impact of a sliding door. It's not as "snappy" as the product I replaced. Maybe it's just a very hard rubber, but definitely not.

    the article is the same but looks different

    The bumper received the same article but differs from the picture. There is a small recess on the contact surface with the door. This reduces the contact area, which means higher pressure per unit area. This could potentially damage the door if you are not careful. It would make it pointless to have that bumper. It's also a hard plastic, not the same as the original hard but slightly resilient rubber-plastic bumper. BUT the part number is the same, I don't know why.
