Description of 🖨️ Enhanced 3D Printer Filament Accuracy—Advanced Printers

IEMAI CARBON FIBER PLA 3D PRINTER FILAMENT - 100% virgin material without cheap plastic fillers, Vacuumed Sealed With Desiccant. Carbon Fiber (containing 20% carbon fiber , in weight) is combined with PLA to form a strong plastic which is ideal for printing items requiring added strength, more abrasive than standard PLA. Spool Material: Carbon fiber + PLA . Weight: 1 KG (approximately 2.20 lbs) . Color: Matte Black . PLA filament is made of high-strength, high-modulus fiber material, full mechanical winding and strict manual examination, which guarantee the filaments tidy and easy to be fed. Works perfectly with most FDM 3d printers on the market, such as MK3, Ender 3, Monoprice FlashForge and etc. 3D Printer Consumables - 1.75 mm in diameter, Minimum demission tolerance +/- 0.02mm to ensure consistent feeding and smooth printing. Recommend Printing Temperature: 190°C-220°C/374°F-428°F( dependent on printer model). Recommended Print Speed: 50-100mm/s. Heat Bed temperature: 50 – 60°C/122°F-140°F. Carbon fiber filament is a tough material with a nice matte finish. The increased strength provided by the carbon fiber particles contributes to greater dimensional stability, helping to avoid warping and shrinking. TIPS: Compared with normal PLA,the carbon fiber PLA filament has extremely high rigidity, and long-term printing will wear the copper nozzle and increase nozzle's aperture. Recommended to use stainless steel nozzles. IEMAI PLA Carbon Fiber Spool: Bubble-Free, Tangle-Free, Clog-Free, Minimal warping, Stronger Toughness, with excellent layer adhesion, and easy support removal. Vacuum sealed with desiccant to maintain low level of moisture content. please keep it dry and dust-free after after opening the sealed package to prevent it becomes brittle or jams the nozzle. Note: Since the Carbon Fiber filament is prone to moisture, ,please store it in a dry environment to maintain excellent printing performance.

Update: Real customer service? Yes indeed

Update 14072021 I am amazed and delighted. IEMAI actually replaced my broken coil. This is a level of customer service I'm not used to. I am an absolute nobody and EIMAI cares about my experience with their product. It gives me a very good feeling to trust their product. Update 08072021IEMAI extended the range to replace the problematic spool. I will change my mind when my experience requires it. In the meantime, I'm upvoting my review based on the fact that this company cares enough that they…

Possibly my new favorite filament, BUT

First off, let me say that I love the aesthetics of this PLA carbon fiber. This gives prints an amazing matte dark gray appearance that is remarkably effective at reducing the visibility of layer lines and ring artifacts. I've produced some of the most beautiful prints I've ever printed with this material without having to do anything special other than install a hardened steel 0.4mm nozzle on the printer to account for the abrasiveness of the carbon fiber filaments being cut. to be included in

Great yarn, bad spool, buy it!

TEMPS, BED Tack and Product Info: Never used this brand of filament. When I order from Revain I usually buy Overture and have never had a problem. I usually start with the average settings recommended by the manufacturer. The sticker on this thread says 210-240C and I started with 220. So low it won't stick to the bed. After many attempts to level the bed I finally ran some Overture thread and it layed out perfectly (so leveling wasn't a problem). Then I started playing with tempi. After…
