My Favorite Torque Wrench

Easy to set up, easy to read and easy to use. I have five torque wrenches, two in Nm for bikes and three in ft/lb. This is the nicest thing I've ever had. For torque settings below 16Nm I have the Italian Effetto Mariposa which is a great tool but more difficult to dial in and read fine adjustments. Excellent torque wrench for the lower ft-lb range or measurements requiring in-lbs.

Very good key for the money and very accurate. I used it as soon as I got it to tighten all the oil pan gasket bolts on a Jeep Rubicon engine and also tightened a new set of spark plugs. Both require relatively low torque, or 7.4 ft-lbs or 84 ft-lbs and 28 ft-lbs. I have a large torque wrench, but it's really accurate and excellent in the 30-240lb range, but can't work accurately in the low range. great attention to detail

I work in industry and wanted something for home use. I was very impressed with Pro-tools and how they develop products that are thoughtful in terms of both quality and consumer use; Advice from the purchase consideration to delivery and actual use. Helped solve my bike noise problem

Along with the crank and bottom bracket, I disassembled and re-tightened the bottom bracket, cranks and pedals and the annoying noise with each pedal stroke has disappeared. Removes subjectivity from how tight things should be. The tool seems well made, I don't know about the accuracy but it felt right. I didn't have a torque wrench before. Seems ok but not for a bike.

Seems ok and well made but the lack of inches/lbs makes me think this is a brand new torque wrench. Even the blue version of another company's bike is a rebranded tool, so rebranding isn't always a bad thing, but this version is measured in inches/pounds. Since most bike torque values are in N/m it doesn't matter, but many bike torque values are in inches/lbs and it's difficult to convert back to forward when you're trying to use a tool. the instrument looks good. The perfect torque wrench for all your bike needs

I've bought every standard torque wrench and couldn't find anything that works as well as the Pro Bike Tool 3/8" drivetrain for all my needs on a bike I I thought a digital wrench would be easier but they don't have a nice mechanical click at target torque so they aren't really any easier to use just easier to fine tune an analog torque wrench.The writing is very easy to read and has a scale as for both Nm and ft.lb. The spring-loaded detent allows adjustment in 0.5 Nm (0.37 ft.lb.) increments.
