Raskullz Sparklez Peace Kitty Helmet Review

My child was wearing this helmet and fell off his scooter, the helmet broke and she suffered a concussion. The fall wasn't that hard, her other helmet she wears would have protected her skull. Although wearing this helmet is better than nothing, please don't rely on these useless helmets to protect your child, use what fits your child's head and is better made.

We now have three Radskull helmets. All different styles. This is our newest and it's perfect. The quality of the helmets is excellent. They are fun and stylish which makes kids want to wear them. We get compliments all the time. My kids say they're fine. Order according to the size grid. My daughter is two years old and I just ordered a baby and I'm sorry I didn't listen to the size chart. It would be more suitable for a baby.

So I measured my 3 year old daughter's head and it fits in the 5 year old size range. Got this size hoping it would fit but it's still a bit big! I tightened the straps and it still slips on her head. The helmet itself is very cute, the tiara was intact unlike what many others have received and she loves it. I'll probably ask her to wear a hat underneath for a better fit until she's a little older.

My daughter loves her kitten with the crowned helmet. The cat ears and crown are soft, which makes sense for safety reasons, but the crown was almost completely stripped off the helmet when we received it. It's not that big of a problem and will be easy to fix, but it's a little annoying to buy something new and already have it fixed. But it seems good coverage, a safe helmet that is the most important thing. And little girls will definitely like it.

It's about time the little ones learned to ride a bike so helmets were an absolute must. I wanted to find something they would be happy to wear and this was the best fit in the right size. These helmets are garish and gross, but girls love them and refuse to even think about riding a bike, go-kart or anything without a helmet. I'd rather they be safe than have a nice helmet that isn't on their head. Bottom line: rough on the eyes, but they always wear out.

Really cute helmet! Pretty good construction. Daughter chose it herself, she liked it very much. She's just starting to ride barefoot, so she's expecting some accidents. We had to make some adjustments to it and it's still a little looser than I think it should be. I think as slow as she goes she will have time to grow up to live up to it. We really like Raskullz helmets, interesting design makes our kids want to wear them, which makes mom very happy! Crown helmeted kitty although cute probably not the best design the crown can be torn off too easily which my 4 year old did within 5 minutes of receiving it. Our biggest problem is that in just a month, the edges of the helmet detach from the foam base and become deformed. We have hot weather here, 90 to 100 in the hot summer months, not sure if that was the reason, maybe they hold

When I first saw these helmets I thought they were the most garish, disgusting helmets I have ever seen. But when my daughter saw this helmet, she couldn't think of any other helmet. Although I didn't want to buy it, I decided to let her choose this one. When it arrived and I put it on her head I was so glad I bought it!
