After ordering this remote we found that it had a significantly shorter range than the original (which died accidentally). We've requested a replacement and while the second has better range, it still doesn't have the same range as the original and also has poor response. It works, but it's pretty annoying. EDIT: It was so annoying to use that you had to be right in front of the TV for it to work. We ended up buying an official Walmart Roku remote and tossing it in the trash.
