Description of 🖨️ SainSmart Flexible Printing Filament: Advanced Additive Manufacturing Products and High-Quality 3D Printing Supplies

Filament Diameter: 1.75 mm; Shore Hardness: 95A; Dimensional Accuracy +/- 0.05 mm; 0.8 kg (approximately 1.76 lbs) per spool; Vacuumed sealed with desiccant; Recommended extruder temperature: 200 - 220°C; Recommended platform temperature: 40 - 60°C. TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a subclass of thermoplastics which prints strong parts that are also flexible. Compatible with all FDM printers on the market which accept 1.75 mm filament; Including Prusa i3, Monoprice MakerSelect, SainSmart xCreality, and other RepRap printers. With proper settings, TPU is easy to print thanks to excellent bed adhesion and the filament’s tendency to not warp. Great for a variety of projects, such as shoe insoles, watch bands, phone cases, drone parts and more.

I will keep trying but at least twice in the first half of the first roll I bought, the diameters increased by more than 2 mm - see photo of the second example. The first was over 2.2mm. It's stuck in my printer (Flashforge Creator Pro). And since you have to print this material very slowly, a 14-hour overnight print will naturally jam after 10 hours. I look forward to improving my rating once I'm through the second half of this role and the second role. I may or may not get a usable print for…

Curly, stuck in extruder; otherwise everything is fine

Another update I have returned to buy another coil. It's tougher than Ninjaflex, 95A seems right. I don't have a good method of measuring, but the prints are just as hard as other 95A materials. It's glossy and definitely works better with a straight feed due to the relatively curved nature of the material. It works well for things that need to be semi-rigid. I use it to make things like mug handles (need to be pliable but rigid) and parking blocks (again pliable but rigid). For small items…

Update 1: Sainsmart contacted me and offered to replace the failed rollers and try the thread again. I gave them my address etc but a month later no thread has come up so I'm keeping this rating at 1 star. If ever a new thread pops up and everything works I'll update this review. Update 2: Sainsmart sent the thread to the wrong address even after I sent the correct address. I finally got it two months later. Update 3: I have the option to use a TPU and unfortunately it still had the same…
