Assembly of the crystals took a little bit of time, but I enjoyed it. It may have taken me longer because I couldn’t stop looking at how beautiful the crystals were. Anyhow, we have received countless compliments on this chandelier. You can’t beat the price and the quality is amazing. Defiantly would recommend this product.

The finished product is very good, but it requires patience and a delicate hand to assemble. Well worth it in the end. The directions could be better (1 page with diagram). And the wiring more clearly marked (positive, negative, ground wires clearly marked).

it is beautiful. but SO hard to put together! The instructions need improvement. What I thought were essential pieces turned out to be spare parts. So I had to dismantle about 24 connecting rings and reconnect to the fixture.

Well packaged, easy to instal, all crystal and glass, not plastic like many for higher cost. Huge bang for the buck. Larger than I thought for the price too. Excellent value. Lowe's wanted 189. on sale for similar. I am impressed.

It looks luxury and grand for our modest house but we love the shining and bright light. It gives a good feeling like living in Paris, ah ha!

This chandelier is beautiful. Wasn’t too difficult to install and it’s not hard to assemble- just time consuming because of all the crystals. Worth the $ for sure! Bought the ceiling medallion separately, I love what a difference it makes having that :)

Chandelier is gorgeous and looks like more expensive fixtures I viewed before making a decision. However, the instructions are horrible and installation is not fun. Watch videos online, they help somewhat. Definitely need two people to complete installation.Once installed, very pretty. Overall happy with my purchase.

The first time I ordered it came broke so I had to take it back. I got the replacement shortly after so that was a plus but the replacement didn’t come with instructions so it’s just sitting in my living room because I don’t wish to guess how to put together a fragile $120 chandelier on my own.

This is an excellent value as looks much more expensive that it is. Assembly is pretty straightforward but takes some time. Very happy with this.

It really is a nice looking light for the money. A little difficult to out together. Not great instructions. Not completely done with it yet but we are missing clear plastic washers. Not sure how to contact the company to get replacements quickly so we can get it hung up. Will give it a better rating once I get my replacement parts
