The app is no longer available so it's just a regular deadbolt

The app that makes this smart hub work (EQL Pentagon) is no longer available on the Play Store. I will change this review if someone from the company gets back to me after emailing them at 3 different support email addresses. Without an app, it's just a regular manual deadbolt. If they don't fix this I'm going to ask Revain for a refund.

WiFi Connection - my new review

I am unable to connect to WiFi My EQL Penthouse to WiFi only works on 2.4 band I have Google WiFi/Router bounces between both frequencies 2.4 and 5.0 I set up Guest Network to obtain 2.4 band still can not set up spent days/hour with Google Support and Milock no luck bummer returning ! Any suggestions?

  • After i finally got it setup I have to keep resetting the hub. It is annoying.
Cons
  • Can’t connect to the internet. Don’t know why can’t reach the customer service to get the reason why.

Love this product - don’t sleep on it! It’s a must have.

I don’t comment on products too much, but this product was so useful that I felt like I should. I live in a house with roommates, and we’re pretty lenient when it comes to letting our close friends or significant others come in without a problem. After getting this, we don’t need to make them a physical key at all. We can either give them their own code, or they can call us and we can unlock the door for them if we are not in the house or just too lazy to go to the door to unlock it…
