Disappointing quality, not worth it

When I tried this door lock, I was disappointed by its poor quality. It didn't seem to fit the door very well and was difficult to install even with my experience in Tools and Home Improvement. While it does offer some security with its electronic keypad, it's just not worth the hassle and price.

UPDATE: Thanks to the support of the company I have changed my rating to 4 stars. I used to write to them but never received a reply and only contacted them a few weeks ago. This time I received an immediate reply and even though the lock was out of warranty they sent me a brand new one. I haven't seen if the blocking error persists yet.
