I purchased this board for my 5 year old son. I debated getting a shorter board, but chose this and it ended up being the perfect size for him. He has picked skateboarding up faster than expected and part of that can be contributed to the wider wheels and grip. He feels in control and stable on this board, which helps improve confidence and skill development. This is a great board and has a good looking design as well.

Good for learning to ride. After I learned the Ollie the wheel bearing broke after 10 jumps. All in all good for price but don’t expect much with cheap parts.

It's a great board, I use it all the time and learned to ollie in the second day! but to be fair i used it for about 5 hours in the first day. its also very sturdy which is important for a beginner board, minimal chipping even when I launched it at the wall. This skate board is a Perfect first skateboard! We have a tween interested in skateboarding, uses his friends all the time. The price point is perfect as is the size. It fits adult size feet and will surely be hours of endless fun. A close family friend who regularly skateboards said the quality was excellent. Our son gave us options to choose from for design on the underneath and this is was his favorite and thus the gift we purchased. Delivery was super speedy also.

I bought this skateboard as a Christmas gift for my younger sister who has no skateboarding experience and she loves it! The wheels were a little tight at first but after riding it some and using the tool kit that came with it, it loosened them up and it was easy to use. I would recommend this to others.

My 12 year old son has been wanting a skateboard for a while. I was nervous because our street is very uneven. He was so excited to get this for Christmas & has been riding every day. He is easily able to keep his balance and it absorbs different levels of shock when he's riding on the street, sidewalk & our driveway. When making turns the wheels rub against board and stop the board quickly. I returned it. The company contacted me and offer to send me a replacement and it worked with no issues. My son's only complaint was that he felt the bearings were a little "tighter" than he would like. For the price it is a great beginners board.

Bought this for my friends teen; he used this once but he said he loved it. I could see it tilt when he was on it, I noticed his daughter's model did not. Top portion sturdy and well made. Top was that rough material so shoes grip. I was impressed.

Full disclosure. we purchased one that had been previously purchased. The deck was still wrapped in plastic and should have known to take caution since the plastic was under the trucks. The trucks were dusty and dangerously loose. This isn't an issue as you should go over the board before riding.
