Keep it in place. in Sliding Door Hardware

I added these to both ends of the barn door. Therefore, it is more stable when closed. I was afraid the guys would push him and push him off the track.

Although I didn't end up needing it, it's a quality product

I bought a SMARTSTANDARD Adjustable Floor Roller to install a barn door in my home. In the end we decided against this door, so the guide was no longer needed. I decided to write this because I was completely amazed by the quality.

Too tight for full adjustment

The bottom adjustment nut doesn't slide easily from end to end, I had to grind 2 parallel sides to get the roller closer to the wall. But you get what you paid for. Rollers are great for barn doors and the like.

Beautifully designed! - Door Hardware & Locks

These roller guides have a great design. door unless you make sure the flat surfaces on the head are parallel to the surface of the door. Plastic rollers with a slightly larger diameter would have prevented marks on my new door. Overall this is a nice addition to any barn door setup. Tighten the screws to avoid damage to the door. I would buy them again for future barn door installations.

Perfect fit for my store bought barn door!

The tracks that came with the store-bought watertight door I bought at Lowe's just didn't match my tile floors or the odd position we had to hang the door. These metal braces are perfect for this as they are adjustable and very strong. They are made of powder-coated metal and are long enough to accommodate doors of different widths and distances from the wall. My only recommendation is not to place them in places where sticking out can be dangerous because they are not small! We could put them…
