Well I just got it. So far I can't be held responsible for the durability but I'm loving it so far! Very easy to install, I did it myself in about 30 minutes. I like backlit keys. I was afraid of the loud horns mentioned in other reviews but I don't think they're too bad. So far, so good. I'm keeping the box for possible future needs but for now I'm very hopeful and satisfied.

I have a similar product which is a lever handle and costs twice as much. I like the one I have. I bought it as a gift and installed it. Everything is OK. The numbers are difficult to see as they face forward and are at hip height. Too bad there isn't a separate button for the keyboard's backlight. I hate this code must end with #. Setting different codes is very confusing. My parents could never have done it alone. I'm handy, but I still had some problems.

I would give it 5 stars if there was a way to turn down the volume of the beeps. I live in an apartment building and can't get that loud.
