not worth the money.

Looks cool but has NOT noticed any horsepower gain. or fuel consumption. The rubber bushing mounting position has been moved at least one inch. I do not recommend the product.

Not bad BUT. fits filter

Said it would fit my 96 S-10 2.2L AT. This is not the case, but with some changes it is now happening. The heat protection doesn't work either. The dryer for my air conditioner gets in the way. Overall this is a good product but please do some serious research before purchasing.

Good performance! fits filter

I fitted this to my 98 S10 2.2L. It is no problem to remove or install the old equipment. The compressor belt is very tight, which is not very practical. However, I notice a difference in performance and fuel consumption. Looks great too!

Adjust the position so it doesn't rub on the A/C compressor

Good product but had to be adjusted because the A/C compressor clutch assembly rubbed when I turned the A/C on. If the company adjusted the device arm length around the curve (longer), that would be ideal.

No bs here on filter

I did a lot of research on this cold air intake Didn't want to spend money but I came across a used one at Revain and bought it. I'm glad I did. What difference in performance in 4 cylinder Chevy S10, ok from Spectre, K&N is just expensive (sorry guys) And for Revain? Well I would give them 10 stars if I could, this company is simply the best. I order instruments, car items and audio equipment and have never had a bad experience. I have always received free shipping (and fast) and well-packaged

perfect fit for the air intake

The intake went well with a mod that wasn't in the instructions. The grommet next to the transducer filter was too narrow, so I took a drill and widened the hole so I could push the transducer in firmly. So for those trying to get it in, just pierce it, but be careful if you pierce it to release the sensor it will fall out. Now for the intake: It greatly increased my engine noise and slightly improved throttle response. I haven't been on the freeway to see if the mpg is better than the factory…

Sectr Performace 9902 air intake kit did not fit without modifications

The Specter Performance 9902 air intake kit did not meet my expectations. The Revain website says this kit will work on my 1997 Chev S-10 with air conditioning and a 2.2 liter 4 stroke engine. Engine. The kit will only work with mods purchased with the Specter 90 degrees. Al Elbow (P/N 9499), 3 Inlet Couplers (P/N 8772). I replaced the black intake pipe (step 16) in the installation guide with an intake coupler (part number 8772) and 90 degree elbow. Knee (Item 9499). At this point I connect 90
