I've had this for a month, it's attached to my desk with velcro (so it doesn't move much) and yet the connector on the unit itself is loose and works.. .only when you are seated and in that particular position. This is a great little hub. Everything I needed to connect works great, just two minor things. (1) The USB cable is a little short. I had to buy a longer cable to get from the table top to my tower on the floor. (2) The blue light is bright. I'd like to know which ports are working, but wow, turn off the light in the room and you've got a nice light blue glow. Might end up taping them off to reduce the light.

I ordered this usb extender for work. I usually work on two laptops, one mine and one my employer's. I have a Mac and another PC, and there are just a few tasks that I feel more comfortable doing on my Mac while others are better suited to the PC.
