Before this one, I've used a couple other water fountains for my cats for the last few years, one of which is from Petsafe Drinkwell and the other Petkit. I am forced to retire both for two issues, however, I've found this particular fountain free from any of those issues.Issue 1. DrinkWell has an all-open bowl. Noisy when water level drops otherwise it is terrific. The filters are small and easy to store, great in the dishwasher. I really liked it so I moved it out of the bedroom and into the kitchen and I add water everyday and dishwasher it once a week. I have 2 healthy cats and it's a good size for them. Note: I have several fountains around the house but I see them use this one more than the others.

This fountain harmed my precious cat. I chose to buy it despite it having no reviews because it looked well made and easy to clean. However after setting it up it immediately electrified the area around it. Touching it or any of the nearby cat bowls or other surfaces gave painful electric shocks every few minutes. I have no idea how this product passed safety tests but it is not safe and will hurt your cats.

I purchased this water fountain for my cat. I like that when you fill it it's heavy enough that he can't spill it. It has a soft light inside so you can see it at night and the motor is quiet, I don't even notice it running. It also has a little bit longer cord so it doesn't have to sit right by an outlet.

My cats like this much better than their regular bowl. The stainless steel stays much cleaner than the plastic water fountains. Definitely worth the purchase!

My cats enjoy the flowing fountain of water in this stainless steel bowl. There is no loud motor, just the sound of a trickling stream. The water runs through a filter so it is fresh and clean. My cats love it! And so do I!

This is easy to use. Easy to assemble. Doesn’t require a lot of room. It doesn’t splash, just a gentle flow. The cats love it.

I was worried that it would splatter on the floor, but it did not. It ran quietly with no splatter at all. I purchased it to entice my 18 year old cat to drink more water. Unfortunately she looked at it a couple of times at first, but then completely ignored it. So, now the fountain lives at the local cat rescue and they assured me that the cats love it! It was a made well of quality materials.

This water fountain seemed appealing but the motor didn't work correctly on arrival. It lit up but didn't dispense water. I don't think the motor is well insulated from the water.

Very loud. But my animals love it. So much if you let it get the slightest below full, sounds like a waterfall. Makes me want to pee.

Got this for my cats and they love it. Works perfectly. Pretty quiet until the water level goes down. Just add more water and it quiets down again.

I’ve had an older model cat fountain for about 5 years and the pump is wearing out and noisy. Purchased this worried about quick assembly but it was so easy. Holds a ton of water and is silent!

Wish I thought to take a picture before I started cleaning the water pump but if you decide to purchase or already purchased this water fountain for your cat, be mindful that you do need to clean the inside of the water pump or at least wipe off the mold. It is a water pump therefore water is not suppose to get inside the pump but if you disassemble the pump, you might find mold growth inside which could be harmful for cat consumption. May want to consider another purchase if you don’t want to…
