This control not only failed to boost the performance of my automotive fuel system, it actually ended up causing more problems than it solved. I've heard other people say not to buy an aftermarket IAC but I did anyway, because there is a car for sale and I was cheap. . Put that on, it fit fine, but when I started the car the idle revs rose to over 2,000 rpm. Too high for a cold car. Then stalled everywhere even after warming up. I cleaned and reinstalled the old NOS, problem solved.

I should have known better than to buy open automatic control parts. This part, while looking good, didn't work properly. Someone tried to set it and destroyed the factory setting. It looked great and you couldn't tell if you didn't have it on your vehicle to try. Not Revain's fault, but buyers beware. I didn't return it because I couldn't get it to work until I bought a new one from my local parts store.
