The piece was cut off immediately, leaving not only a useless piece but also a cut off piece in .

I used this to loosen the seat belt bolts on a Chevy Astro. Everything went fine until the last bolt jammed. If I just turn the screwdriver 3/8" with my hand (no lever tube) , I cut the bit off immediately, leaving not just a useless bit, but a sheared chunk in the head of the screw I was trying to remove.
