This item is durable, very attractive and protective. The fit of this item is not entirely true to size, making the "stand" a bit difficult to pull out. The pros far outweigh the cons, which is why I recommend this product.

After I returned an item because it didn't fit, the company contacted me and it was correct. I took them to replace them with others to satisfy me. I received it quickly and am happy with the replacement, just what I was looking for. I would like to thank the company for contacting me.

I wanted to be able to easily connect an external HDMI monitor to my SP7 and it worked well. It simply plugs into your side USB ports, giving you 2 USB-A, 1 USB-C and HDMI plus SD/Micro SD. This is my first day of use and I have noticed that it gets very hot. Let's just assume it's okay.

This is a real must-have for Surface Pro 7. It fits securely on the right side of my Surface and doesn't feel flimsy. Even when I connected an HDMI cable, it stayed secure and the sound and picture streamed to my TV with no issues. A small blue light will illuminate to let you know it's connected properly. Honestly I couldn't be happier!

Needed a hub for my 2020 Surface Pro 7. I looked at a few and decided this model would give me all the connectivity I really need. So far it works GREAT! It gets a little warm but I don't think it's a problem. What I like about this model is its form factor. It's thinner than most of its competitors. The build quality seems to be good.

Used on Pro 7 i7 16GB RAM, 265GB. Everything works fine, but don't expect high frame rates from HDMI. It also gets very hot when HDMI is on. I think it might be suitable for a presentation or something. NOTE: I did not get a filled image when connected to a TV. It was square, as were the dimensions of the surface. This is a great port expander for Surface Pro 7. Connects instantly. Reliable - nothing dangles or dangles. My SP7 recognized it immediately. Works with my trackball mouse and reads my SD card with no issues. However, it is designed in such a way that the SD card sticks out and does not fit completely into the slot.
