At this price I would have preferred a reserve rather than a jumper. I still have it in my trunk but I've supplemented it with a much better pair of jumper cables. Those who are here seem so fragile, it's unsettling. Otherwise a decent set. Otherwise good price. Lots of other things that stay on board.

DO NOT BUY! I bought 30 pieces as a gift. Many customers have sent them back because the jumper cables start smoking when you plug them into the car. Waste of money and potentially dangerous. I tried them myself and they started smoking for me too. I took them off before the fire, but I'm sure they could catch fire if left long enough.

I returned the item because all the items in it were FLUSH. With all the patch cord melting reports, there is a very small chance that this article will actually help you if you have an emergency that only makes your situation worse. These articles are not reliable at all. They're cheap for a reason. I would advise you to save money and buy quality items that actually work.

This tool box is great for keeping in your car. It has all sorts of things in it that I would never have put in my old car tool box. There are connection cables, fuses, a tire pressure gauge and gloves to avoid getting dirty. Of course, the usual tools are also included: hammer, screwdriver, pliers and insulating tape. It's not very big and heavy, so it doesn't take up much space in my car. I've looked at quite a few different road emergency kits and this is the best value for money.

This is a small basic tool kit that includes fuses, tape, wire ends, cotton gloves and a few cheap, low quality tools. The connecting cables are about 4 feet long, the wire is thin, smaller than the connecting cables I've seen in stores, the clips are small, I can put them in the palm of my hand. You have to park very, very close to get to the battery. They might work for a quick jump the first time, but I'm going to buy a better set of jumper cables for my daughter's car. I paid about $15…
