It has the best cutting tools

I bought it not knowing what to do with it but now I'm finding some pretty good uses for this flexible cutting tool. I have to add a small tube on the outside to hold it while sanding, but that's not a problem. Pretty decent tailor.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Great price

Five Stars: Cutting Tools

Works great! Worked so well I had to order 2 more for colleagues. I eat a lot. Rust Removal For preparing welds, expanding holes. Holes for bolts, holes even threw large tubes for loops on equipment. I have bought several from other companies. I'm going back to the temo brand.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Great for porting heads

I bought these to port my iron heads for an engine build. I am very happy with this cutter. I have used this and a flame tip from the same company and both preformed perfectly and did what I needed. I gave them 4 stars because I'm not sure they'll manage to carve another set of heads. They're still sharp enough to cut, but I don't think I'll do another big project with them.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Reliability

Works best when cutting burrs

I used this burr to port the wastegate transition on my Garret turbo. It cuts metal very well and the long range makes it very easy to shape the port. After about 40 minutes of direct grinding the turbine was finished but this attachment still looks like new. The cutting edges do not appear to have been attacked and still look as sharp as new. I don't know how it holds up with other materials, but it worked in cast iron.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Great for head porting

I bought these to port my iron heads to an engine I'm building. Very happy with this burr. I have used this and a ball head cylinder from the same company and both shaped perfectly and did what I needed. I gave them 4 stars because I'm not sure they'll manage to carve another set of heads. They're still sharp enough to cut, but I don't think I'll do another big project with them.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons

this is the absolutely PERFECT porting router with

I don't know in the long term, but in the short term this is the absolutely PERFECT porting router. It has a slim size, long shaft and perfect shape. You could combine it with a bigger/better drill bit to get more material off, but this thing is perfect for getting into small holes and grinding off the rocker arm nubs/protrusions. Made my LS1 heads with this and a short Forney cylinder drill bit, some sharpening stones and sandpaper, lots of beer and patience. Paired with an IR air cap grinder,

Pros
  • Freehand
Cons
  • Very expensive

The head detaches from the shaft after about 10-15 minutes of use.

2020. I used it to drill out a high security padlock. I cycled it on and off for about 10-15 minutes, used a Makita drill bit, removed the metal inside the lock, pausing to blow out debris, then used a screwdriver and burred again. After about 10-15 minutes (I didn't measure it) the carbide head came loose from the shank. It looks glued on. Yes, it got hot when I was grating, but I make it all the time with other potatoes that don't separate when heated. It's definitely not worth buying if it…

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Only available in black
