I didn't like the first one. I called and they asked me a few questions and sent me a new one which is working fine now. So far, so good. Just take a look. Sent a bad one back with a return label which they emailed straight away.

The fuse on the headlight blew before I even used it. It slices through 16ga metal like a hot knife through melted butter. I've cut over a hundred feet and the tip doesn't seem to wear out. Very easy to assemble out of the box. I've only used it on 110V and thin metal. I still have some big projects to look at later. So far happy with the purchase.

Straight Mount. No instructions required. But the pressure regulator is nonsense. It leaks horribly and the gauge doesn't read psi. I'll fix it by replacing the pressure gauge. And the connecting hose is very thin. I will replace it too. Those minor issues aside, it's very portable, lightweight, and cuts very thin lines at a 2" angle with no effort at 110V. Okay, cold hard truth. This is "Chinese production, Chinese quality and Chinese support". I'm on my third in less than that many weeks. The first one worked, tested it for the first time, removed it, picked it up the next day. The next day the pilot arc did not strike at all and could not be used for cutting. I just took mine out of the box. Here's what I think: I've read reviews that talked about air leaks. While the included air hose is flimsy and doesn't look like it will last very long, mine worked right out of the box. I made sure the clamps were good and tight and wrapped a lot of teflon tape around the regulator's threads. I'll definitely be replacing the hose soon. I agree that the regulator is not the best. I was very hesitant to order after reading all the reviews of broken and non-working units. When mine arrived, I immediately assembled all the lines and hoses to try out. The gun main assembly was shipped without the tip bend guard. Due to the fact that the fittings were flanged, tightening was now also not possible. I bought this unit on Prime Day from Revain "Warehouse Deal". It looked unused. It took a couple of weeks before I had enough time to set it up.
