The lock on my lid broke and I searched for and found a replacement. Looked the same, so I got it and it works perfectly. There's not much in these things, just get one that looks the same as the one you had.

This is the second order for this item and the same thing happened again, the packaging was correctly labeled but the part was wrong. I had to replace the internals to get it working properly, it wasn't difficult but I didn't want to do it

This was a genuine part for my trunk and was of excellent quality. My only mistake was that it was a left turn and not a right turn so I returned it. I had the same good qualities of pop-up and stayed locked or closed if not locked, unlocking was very easy. But then again it was counterclockwise when I needed it, clockwise, I hadn't paid attention to that when ordering. Otherwise it was a great piece.

I have a LoRider fiberglass hardcover on a 6 foot '99 Ford F150 platform. This is the locking handle for the locking system. It was an exact replacement and fit perfectly. I like that it lies relatively flat when closed, allowing you to carry a mattress over a hard case, for example. For a lot less money I could have replaced it with a T-handle lock that doesn't have a "pop up" feature, but I was happy to find one.
