Tundra owners need a different clutch pin!

Warning. The included hitch pin will not work on a 2nd generation Toyota Tundra with a factory tow package! The hitches are particularly well thought out on the Tundra, and the included pin isn't long enough to reach it. I had to buy a separate extended pin to make it work on my truck!

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • Disappearing

Great game in a standard 2 " hitch receiver

I bought my wife a jeep with a 2" hitch to tow our raft trailer for rafting, so much so that it's in the Trailer hitch was dangling so the trailer was constantly swaying, at least for foot back and forth. I didn't even drive 5km. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Luckily I had a snag, otherwise the trip would have been ruined.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Easy to maintain

Great hook on outdoor accessories

Bought 6 1/2 years ago. Since then he has used it to tow trailers to and from Florida, South Carolina, Lake Erie. Works perfectly. Preparing to buy another one for my son for his pendant he just bought. If people had rusted them badly, then it was probably because they kept them on their car all the time, and not just for towing. It's a little heavy and a little trashy, but I like it.

Solved my problem with the entrance.

My house is on the corner and I have a driveway on the side for my trailer. This driveway is much higher than the side road and caused many problems getting onto the road as the front of the trailer scraped the driveway. The Trimax hitch solved this problem because it attaches very close to my car and I can now reverse and drive down the driveway without changing the hitch.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Some problems

Good adjustable trailer hitch for beginners

Item was shipped quickly and as described. I got a great price on a good adjustable towbar. Mine came with a truck lock pin with matching keys. It should be noted that the hitch pin lock will not work with 2.5" hitches, but you can use an existing pin. The clutch looks high quality overall, it is easy and quick to adjust. It has a little play at the ball joint to the stem, but once the trailer was connected I could not feel or hear any play or play. This clutch may not be the best, but it's not

Terrible product - Worst company

Overall it's just a piece of junk. I had one problem after another. When the hitch was new, YES, there are a lot of "swamps". When you hit a bump, the clutch has so much play you can feel it from the driver's seat! Second, after only a year or two, the clutch was so badly corroded that the adjustment holes were no longer usable. At some point the lock stopped working (the key was stuck in the lock), although it was regularly oiled and protected from dust, sand and salt. The worst is the…

Excellent quality and customer service

I am very close to TRIMAX and have contacted the head office many times to add more key like accessories to my fleet (over 100 items in total) Started with 12 inch drop razor, and as my trailers, tongue weight, and payloads grew, I decided to add an 8 inch drop as I rarely used drops beyond that. I ordered from Amazon and started using it straight away. After a few weeks, the lock's "tumbler" started spinning freely and wouldn't hold the pin in place, so I brought it in. The repair service…
