I have used many different brands of Rogue, Spider Grip etc. I have to say that the chalk content of this product is the highest in comparison to other liquid chalks I have used. It still feels like crap on the deadlift as my bar has spikes as hell, but the liquid chalk here sticks to the bar in my hand! Definitely worth it as it's also $9 which means nothing for 100 lifts.

Just joined a new gym that requires fluids so pulled the trigger on a small bottle of this for the first time. Today at the gym, before the deadlift, I squeezed a little in my hands and spread it on my palms. It dried quickly on them and there was no chalk anywhere else and it worked great for my grip.
