The hose is exactly as it should be. I installed it as a coolant overflow pipe and tested the car. No problem. The package arrived on time with no damage. I would buy it again if I need more for a project. Because of their thickness, the clamps I use are designed for 7/16" to 1/2" hoses. Not with worm gears as they tend to cut into hoses. photos included.

At first I was hesitant about ordering this particular type of vacuum line. I'm used to the stuff you usually get at the parts store, they're pretty rubbery. This product is definitely silicone. It was easy to cut with a sharp razor blade, easy to run through the engine bay, and seemed to make a solid, leak-free vacuum connection. I recommend this product.

I bought these to replace all the vacuum lines on my 2004 Saab. Great quality and a HUGE performance boost to my car now that there are no more vacuum line leaks. My only complaint is that 5ft is not enough to replace all the lines. You need at least 10 feet. I would recommend buying at least two or three packs to replace your lines. More is always better than too little. It will take a few days to receive it in the mail.

I wanted to check it on a 3/8 coupling and it was very loose so I took out a caliper to measure the hose diameter and found it was about .409" inside. You can see in the picture where I adjusted the caliper to .375" to show the 3/8 pipe how much play there is. Now you can say "Is this normal for a 10mm tube?" but the answer is also no…
