I bought two of these pots at the same time as the Vision Medium M01 bird cage. These planters are quite large, about the size of a giant finch nest, 6 1/2 inches high and 6 inches wide, protruding 6 1/2 inches from the cage. I've decorated my cage with colorful silk flowers to add some fun to the cage, but my finches can't sit on perches because they're too wide and slippery. First off I have to say that this planter should be hung OUTSIDE of the cage. I don't think it's clearly stated in the online description. Also, it's a lot bigger than I imagined.
