IMPORTANT NOTICE Hose connectors

I haven't used them for tubing but when I ordered them I assumed the 12" clamps were for the scope. I was wrong, they are for diameter. So basically they are huge. I found a way to cut them out with bolt cutters and glue them together to make them shorter, but be warned the rivets only allow you to cover this up a bit. This is only for things with a large diameter.

Pros
  • Set of 2 clamps.
Cons
  • No instructions

USE THIS TO HOLD MY AMERICAN FLAG ON A WOODEN POST

Originally used 6" long, 3/16" bolts with washers and nylon nuts to hold the flagpole bracket in place. After 6 years it started to loosen so I used this clip along with 3/4" aluminum corners (about 1" long) which prevent the clip from squeezing the wooden corners of the pole and holding the flag mount in place. So far so good, even with wind speeds of 30-40 m/s.

Pros
  • Multiple uses, easy to install.
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Hard to beat the best in hose fittings

I needed a few of these to fit a solar shower to my roof rack and once you increase the size they get quite expensive . 2 packs of 8" clamps for $8 is a steal. That's about 40% of what you would pay for a MacMaster. I will always keep this brand in mind when I need XXL hose clamps for a project. Oh and they work great, very durable. In case anyone is wondering, the worm drive hex fits into a 5/16 inch socket.

Pros
  • Screwdriver adjustable worm drive for an ultra secure fit
Cons
  • Could have gone for a newer model
