I'm 74 and camp in a small tent. It took this old lady 15 breaths to inflate. I like the secondary valve to top off the air lost when plugging it up.Felt comfortable to lay on but, I was on carpet.I'm usually so exhausted when camping, I'm sure this will work well. Better than my big queen air mattress.It deflated quickly and rolled up to fit back into the sack it came with. I think it weighs around a pound and takes up little room.

At first, I was skeptical because of how small the pad was packed and it doesn't have an automatic inflate mechanism. But, I was quickly impressed when I started to inflate it. I tried a few of these before a camping trip (allmore expensive) and this one was my favorite. Easy to inflate, even manually. It’s very long so great if you’re tall! It has a dual valve so air doesn’t escape easily. Easy to deflate also and to roll up. Many of these I tried are hard to put back in the carry bag but this one was so easy. I’ve only used it once - hoping it holds up!

Only reason I gave it 4 stars was I wish it were a R value of 3 and a little lighter, however for the money your talking the same R value as the thermarest Uber lite taking this on a cdt through hike been sleeping on it quite a bit it’s held up so far very impressed.

This would be a decent sleeping pad if the little one way valve that stops air from coming out of the pad during inflation wasn’t torn when I received it. As it is, it makes it difficult to inflate.
