Used twice, already broken

I used it twice on SUP and it already broke. I was using it yesterday (second use) when during use (in the middle of a lake) the paddle fell off and immediately sank. I couldn't get it and had to swim to shore for 15 minutes. Previous paddles I've used had metal buttons that you push/pull to connect the pieces, this paddle has a plastic piece that you open/close when you put the pieces together. The paddle can also be taken apart when it is "closed", otherwise it will fall apart during use andโ€ฆ

Universal Paddle - Stand-Up Paddleboarding

I have a Stand-Up Paddle that converts to a kayak. Sometimes I use it as a pure SUP and put others on it, which means I need another paddle (I already have a SUP). When I saw this adjustable one I thought it was brilliant but too good to be true? Well I've been using it in Tahoe, Bodega Bay and other bodies of water since I've had it and it's worked really well so far. The parts are very easy to swap out and the difference from my regular caliper is that it has grooves that hold the parts inโ€ฆ

Cheaply made, don't waste your money --- fell apart on the water on first use.

Once, once, once! Can't say enough. It literally fell apart as I rowed. There are fasteners to connect the parts of the paddle together and to detach for disassembly. The clasp keeps the pieces together, or at least that's how it should be. I had to put the pieces on the board, lie down on the board and row my arms back to the beach. I'm so lucky I wasn't too far from Earth or I would have lost it. I am so dissatisfied with this cheap horrible paddle. Like I said, don't waste your money. Iโ€ฆ

False advertising of a floating paddle.

I bought this because it was supposed to be buoyant. Spring. My goddaughter fell into the water and said the oar went down. I saw him fall into the water. I let go of the oar and had to swim out to bring it back to shore because the oar sank in the lake. When I used the paddle I felt great, I had no problems. Of course I didn't fall off the board, but when my godson fell, the rowing was over. I am very disappointed that the paddle is not what is advertised. I want to contact support and getโ€ฆ

It's a disaster waiting to happen

Wow, I've spent my life on the water and have rarely been as scared as I am of this paddle. I was satisfied because it held up well 3 times as a kayak/SUP combo paddle and then no more. Last weekend while paddling carelessly across the lake, one side of the paddle just lifted up and walked away. He fell right off the pole while I was SUP leaving me only the pole to row. I couldn't even turn to get back to him fast enough to grab the oar, which immediately sank, leaving me a few hundred yardsโ€ฆ
